Breast milk is the best for the baby. It contains exactly what your child needs and when you are breastfeeding you need not worry that your children are not getting adequate nutrition. Research also indicates that breast milk protects the baby against infection and there are several other benefits than purely nutritional for both mother and child. If for some reason you can not breastfeed or choose not to do it, so there is infant formula. Not to breastfeed or to combine breastfeeding with replacement means that the body's production of breast milk decreases. Such a decision is therefore difficult to change afterwards. The use of infant formulas cost more and may also be less practical when it needs to be cooked, used and stored according to the instructions on the package. These are important to follow in order not to risk their health.
